Los Angeles, CA – L.A. Controller Ron Galperin today announced support from a wide-ranging group that includes organized labor, local, state and federal officials and a leader in the state Democratic Party. Fresh off announcing his campaign just one week ago, which included support from State Controller Betty Yee, L.A. Controller Galperin released a strong slate of endorsements citing Galperin’s experience, credibility and integrity. The group includes: United Steelworkers (USW) Local 675, Rep. Brad Sherman (D-30), Assemblymember Chris Ward (D-San Diego), Assemblymember Bill Quirk (D-Hayward), L.A. City Councilmember Paul Koretz, former L.A. City Controller Rick Tuttle and California Democratic Party Executive Board Member Mark Gonzalez.
In accepting the endorsements, L.A.
